Lecturer and Titular Professor at the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences - Cuba Program (FLACSO-Cuba), located at the University of Havana. He obtained a PhD in Economic Sciences at the University of Havana. Coordinator of the Environment and Development research area at FLACSO-Cuba. Member of the Technical Advisory Council of the Cuban Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP) and member of the Entrepreneurship Network of the University of Havana. His research interests are: Social and Environmental Safeguards, Risk Assessment, Cultural and Creative Industries, Economics of Culture.
